3 Day Spring Cleanse

The premise of this detox is to remove chemicals and food additives from your diet for a period of 3 days.

Whilst we are doing this, we will be teaching your techniques to incorporate into your daily life. I would love for you all to continue to use and incorporate ways to keep your body clean long term.

People who are good candidates for detox diets are:

  1. People starting a new weight loss plan or new exercise program.

  2. People who are experiencing a loss of energy or mental capacity.

  3. People who are experiencing bloating and constipation.

  4. People who have been ill or what to boost their immunity.

Clients not suited to this cleanse are

  1. People who have chronic health problems and are on chronic medications.

  2. Diabetic patients

  3. Children, the elderly and the frail.

I must stress a few things, Ike this is a beginner detox, designed to introduce you into the world of cleansing.

I always suggest checking with your health care practitioner before starting an new program. If you are on chronic medication or you have a serious health condition, please do not attempt this program without checking with your doctor.

Shopping List

I have developed a range of products to use during the cleanse. They make it a lot easier and ensure better results, but are not required to take them.

This detox includes the 3 day cleanse Food List, Supplements and 3 Day Detox Schedule.

Psyllium Husk

A raw organic fibre that acts as a broom in your colon, detoxifying and cleansing.

Bentonite Clay

Known as a montmorillonite clay, Bentonite is a clay that has been used by naturopaths for detoxification for a long time. The clay contains natural levels of calcium, magnesium and iron.

Bentonite is used to clean toxic spills in lakes and dams and its electronegative charge attracts toxic molecules to it as it passes through the digestive system.

Our bentonite is of the purest quality and in capsule from, so easy to swallow and no ugly taste.

Colon Active

This colon cleanser is used to get the bowel moving. The addition of the psyllium husk in the program increases the speed at which the bowel empties and therefore detoxifies.

Vitamin C

The antioxidant of Vitamin C is excellent for cleansing and healing the body and reducing inflammation whilst on a cleanse.

Liver S

Nutrients to support liver function and detoxification.

This package comes with our full 3 day detox guided cleanse.

In this cleanse, we use short periods of fasting (12 hours) to activate your bodies own natural healing mechanisms with 12 hour windows of vegan chemical free eating.

And here is the Actual Cleanse

Everyday you will need to do the following

  1. Wake up without an alarm. Let yourself sleep until you wake up. Try to go to bed early and get as much rest as you can.

  2. Move everyday, walking, rebounding, whatever you have available to get your blood moving in your large muscles.

  3. Have a shower, and at the end of it turn the shower onto ice cold, so that your start to shiver and need to take some deep breathes, do this as long as possible. The idea is to turbo charge your metabolism. It really energizes you. This you can do daily to keep your body healthy.

  4. With a soft skin brush and long movements, brush your skin from your ankles to your thighs bother from and back. Then repeat on your arms. Be gentle, don’t hurt yourself. The idea is to increase movement of the micro-circulation of blood and lymph vessels within your skin. if you continue to do this long term, your cellulite will start to disappear.

  5. Drink clean water, avoid plastic bottles.

  6. Don't use creams on your skin for a few days or Use natural products like tallow or coconut oil instead.

Day 1, 2 and 3


Everyday can choose between two options of fasting, skip breakfast or skip dinner. You can then choose or create your own recipes from the foods on the food list. The rules are that you can only eat veggies and fruit. No grains, dairy or meat. The less food you eat the better. Try to graze and drink lots of fluid in the form of water and herbal teas.

Whilst you are in your 12 hours of not eating, you will not consume any food, but drink water and herbal tea.

2 tsp of Psyllium Husk


1. Berrie Smoothie with Coconut Oil. (add 2 tsp of Psyllium Husk)

2. Green Smoothie with Coconut Oil. (add 2 tsp of Psyllium Husk)

3. Fruit Bowl

(the idea with consuming coconut oil is to keep you full)

Green Smoothie with nut granola and mint

4. Nut Granola with Coconut Yoghurt
